Where do you ship from?We ship from the province of Quebec in Canada.

Do you ship to my country?We ship to Canada and the USA only.

What is your return policy?If you are unsatisfied with our product, you have 30 days to return your item starting from the date you receive your item. We will refund your item once we receive it, minus the shipping. We do not refund the shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order?We ship on every Tuesday and Thursday. If you purchase on the day of shipping, your item will be shipped on the next shipping date. Example: If you purchase on Tuesday, we will ship it on Thursday. Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. Foreign shipping can take up to 14 days. It all depends on the carrier.
